Strawberry Napoleon (Seasonal)
Alternating layers of crisp fillo squares, rich vanilla bean custard, fresh strawberries and vanilla whipped cream are stacked upon a pool of strawberry purée.
This lovely dessert is very refreshing after a meal.

Caramel Apple Bread Pudding (Seasonal)
A warm tower of bread pudding is filled with caramelized apples and served over cinnamon and caramel sauces.

The Lost Slipper
Hazelnut chocolate mousse fills a chocolate slipper heel.
A petite raspberry layer cake, raspberry sorbet and a white chocolate truffle filled with Gianduja-Frangellico liquor
completes this enchanting creation.

Chocolate Pyramid
Chocolate mousse inside a chocolate pyramid
served with a honey tuile, a dark cocoa moon
and a scoop of our famous homemade vanilla ice cream.

Sorbet Basket
Four different homemade fruit sorbets in a crisp basket of
tuile cookie, fresh fruit and a pool of fruit purée.

Warm Chocolate Cake
This miniature cake with a liquid chocolate center is baked to order.
Served with burnt sugar ice cream.

Chocolate Can-Can
This variation of the classic “Majorlaine” dessert has been presented with a 21st-century-spin. A chocolate covered bombe is filled with layers of praline butter cream, chocolate soufflé pastry and a crunchy nut flavored meringue.
Accompanied by espresso ice cream.

Maple Cream Caramel
A classic cream caramel infused by vanilla bean
and New York State maple syrup.
This sweet and savory dessert is presented with fresh fruits.

Cœur à la Crème (Valentine's Special)
A creamy blend of mascarpone and Chambord (raspberry liquor) in a heart shape complemented by fresh berries and raspberry purée.
