Staff

Our chefs undergo rigorous training in order to perfect the art of constructing a dish. In fact, most of our chefs speak Thai. The waitstaff also undergo months of training and even years to become a waitsperson (from a bus person). Every part of our staff are taught to understand the intricacies and complexities of Thai food.
